Lindy Hop Party with Crash Course!

Every last weekend of the month, we dance in the charming foyer of the Vorstadttheater. Plenty of space, a great floor, and true twenties vibes!
Join without any prior experience
Our parties start with a crash course. You’ll learn a few dance basics and meet other people who are also there for the first time. After just 30 minutes, you’ll be dancing along and feeling like you’re at a fun house party.

What makes our parties so special? You're not just a guest, you're part of the community! Our dance nights thrive on people who pitch in – on and behind the dance floor.
As a crew member, you'll gain exciting behind-the-scenes insights and become an active part of our community. The presentations are short (approximately 30 minutes) and can easily be incorporated into your evening.
As a thank you, you can expect various goodies such as reduced admission fees, small surprises and exclusive special events for crew members.
Check out the volunteer tool and take on an important task! This keeps costs down and makes our events accessible to everyone.

Do you think, "Everyone else can do this, but I can't"? We understand! That's why every one of our parties starts with a crash course for you and other newbies. Here, you'll learn a few basics in 30 minutes, completely unpressured and with a lot of humor. After the crash course, you can join in the dancing or just watch – whatever you feel comfortable with. Come along, with or without a partner.

During the colder months, we dance indoors either on the 2nd Sunday of the month for Tea Time Swing or on the last weekend of the month on a Friday or Saturday evening.
